At Going Hockey, we want you to look and feel your best off the ice, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, tagged apparel. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures you get back to the rink in style without the hassle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
